Wig Maintenance

Synthetic wigs should be washed every 8–10 wears using wig-specific shampoo and conditioner.
Human hair wigs need a little more care and should be washed, conditioned, and styled just like natural hair — but with gentle, sulfate-free products.
Always store your wig on a wig stand to preserve its shape and avoid tangling.
Avoid heat styling synthetic wigs unless they are heat-friendly.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards and the intimate nature of wigs, all worn or altered wigs are final sale. However, unused and unaltered wigs in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a specific timeframe.
